Even you might be surprised I would like you to know that I make gobelins since 16 years ago, for my personal delight and with a great passion. The value of each gobelin is given by its dimensions and by the fact that it is sewed in little point with 2 threads.
Although there are gobelins on the market sewed in Norwegian point, the ones I present to you have all surface sewed in little point ("petite point"). There are no sewing mistakes, no unsewed points and no knobs on the back which may distort the semblance of the work.
As an example I would like you to know that for sewing an 30 x 40 cm gobelin it may take 4 - 5 months of 10 hours per day working. The materials used are of best quality, the threads are washing, ironing and light resistant.
Although in the Art Album are presented the pictures of the gobelins, in reality the gobelins are framed and ready to be exposed in any exhibition room. You will be astonished by the aspect of a framed and ready to be exposed gobelin.
A gobelin is more valuable if it is a more accurate reproduction of a very known painting.
The variety of chosen themes will satisfy all tastes, therefore I would like to collaborate with serious companies, art galleries and persons who want to purchase gobelins.
I am 41 years old, I am officer in Romanian Air Forces and I make gobelins since I was 25 years old, this became in time a great hobby. I had a lot of free time and I have invested it in these gobelins, and I am very happy with this achievement. I am a member of Romanian Plastic Artists Union since 2000 when my 15 years activity in the field was appreciated.
